Alan’s role as Treasurer is to safeguard the groups’ financial health by overseeing the finances, ensuring accurate record keeping and advising on financial strategy. He also ensures compliance with regulations and bookkeeping practices along with producing accounts for the South East 4x4 Response Committee as well as for the Charity Commission. As a responder he is often on callouts for Search and Rescue, Kent Police or helping with local charity and organisation events when required.
